Hilary Duff in August of 2010 in the Press Room at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards in Universal City. She looked amazing in this tight teal dress which she paired with a lot of chains around her neck. She wore her blonde hair in an updo on top of her head. The front of her hair was styled back with a little bit of a wave.
