Hilary Duff on March 30, 2011 arriving for the premiere of “Soul Surfer” at ArcLight Cinemas in Hollywood. We love her new highlighted hairstyle. She wore her blonde hair with a full set of bangs. Her long hair had a little bit of waviness in the ends. It was a very fresh hairstyle – perfect for summer! She looked so cute wearing a Helmut Lang shirt, a skirt by Pleasure Doing Business, and Giuseppe Zanotti platform shoes.
