Hilary Duff in June of 2007 performing live on NBC’s the Today Show in New York City. She looked adorable in this red dress that had large black stones on the wide white shoulder straps. We love her hairstyle here. She was a brunette and wore her hair in this sex kitten bump on top while it was long and wavy in the back. This is a great hairstyle on her!
