Hilary Duff in 2004

Hilary Duff back in October of 2004 at the Raise Your Voice world premiere in Los Angeles. She looked so adorable in this white top covered in sequins. Her long blonde tousled waves looked great on her. Her short bangs were parted to the side. This is a great hairstyle on her, a good one to copy.
