Hilary Duff in October of 2010 at a book signing for her new book “Elixir” at the Barnes and Noble in Los Angeles. She looked awesome wearing this wide brimmed hat, cute sweater, tight jeans and brown ankle boots. Her long blonde tousled waves hung down over her shoulders under this pretty hat.
